2. Services Provided

Advantage ADU Atlanta provides Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design, permitting, and construction services in the Metro Atlanta area, including:

• Property feasibility assessments
• ADU design and architectural services
• Permitting and zoning compliance assistance
• Full construction and project management
• Financing coordination and referrals

3. Feasibility Call and Intake Process

Our free feasibility call is an initial consultation to discuss your property, goals, and project vision. This call does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee that your property is suitable for an ADU. A formal feasibility report and site evaluation are required before any commitments are made.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All pricing estimates provided on our website or during consultations are subject to:

• Site evaluation and feasibility assessment
• Local permitting requirements and zoning regulations
• Material availability and market conditions
• Design complexity and customization requests

Final pricing will be provided in a written proposal after the feasibility assessment is complete. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the construction contract.

5. Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines (design phase: 3–4 weeks, permitting: 3–6 weeks, construction: 6–8 weeks) are approximate and subject to change based on permitting delays, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions.

6. Permits and Compliance

We will assist with obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations. However, final approval is subject to local authorities. Permit fees and inspection costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.

7. Financing and Third-Party Lenders

We may connect you with third-party lenders for financing options. All financing is subject to credit approval and lender terms. We are not responsible for loan approval, interest rates, or financing terms.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms will be outlined in the signed construction contract. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advantage ADU Atlanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

10. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in the construction contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or natural disasters.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by Advantage ADU Atlanta remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other projects without our written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Transactional updates: Appointment confirmations, feasibility call reminders, and project milestones (e.g., permitting, mobilization, and construction updates).
• Promotional content: Announcements of new ADU models, seasonal promotions, and architectural design offers.

Opt-in & Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the consent boxes on our website forms (Contact Us or Property Snapshot forms), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Advantage ADU LLC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to +1 470-450-6883. Once you send the message "STOP", we will send you a final SMS to confirm your unsubscription. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program.
